And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

That red Martian dust is gonna be a problem for people that SpaceX puts on Mars. Like "damn sand gets into everything." At least with the concentration of iron oxide its a ready source of oxygen. If they find decent access to deposits of water ice, dry ices too its gonna make life easier setting up a colony. Anyone know if they have discovered deposits of metal ores?
I don't know about any metal ore deposits, but my brothers-in-law, Larry, Darrel and Darrel, have the exclusive rights to operate the dumps on Mars and this is their first location. They figured it would be easier to open a new dump than have to develop some sort of trash collection system. They said they will just open a new dump right on the spot that anyone left trash laying around. They think they're gonna be sitting high on the hog soon.
