And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Alfa. I probably wouldn't fit in it, cute as it is.
When I had a '69, Road & Track said the back seat was for legless children. I guess they hadn't seen the back seat of an MGB GT. The driving position of the Alfa was for chimps;. Close to the pedals and far from the steering wheel. Italians must like a straight arm driving position. If i could choose one of the hundred or so cars I've had, it wouldn't be the Alfa. I'd like to drive it one more time, though.

ReplyDeleteGetting in is the easy part.
ReplyDeleteGetting back out will require a gantry....and maybe a block and tackle....
Who punched it in the nose?
ReplyDeleteBeing an Alpha, its probably small enough to push though.
ReplyDeleteThe steering wheel is not on the proper side.
ReplyDeleteCheck the UK licence plate: it is.
