And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I don't fully understand why people insist on mounting framed photos and artwork on the stairway walls. If you have a misstep, you will not have a place to grab to help keep you from falling ... and you will take several pieces with you on the way down.
Looks like a grandma's house. Too civilized for my druthers. Give me a log cabin with lots of wood and stone and cast iron.
