And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Sorry, gents, my taste runs to the matched 16ga. SXSs - chances are that they are also slim and light, splinter foreend, straight grip - fast-handling. My favorite. Twice the fun.....
Only problem is these are all made for a southpaw, look at the top levers. The 1 & 2 on the 16ga guns indicates they are a matched pair. A Victorian gentleman of means didn't reload his gun, his man-servant would exchange a loaded gun for an empty one. Al_in_Ottawa
O/U hands down
ReplyDeleteThat's some brace of shotguns.
ReplyDeleteI'll take the side by side just feels right.
ReplyDeleteoverunder for sure. especially if shooting skeet. mind you, these are probably to purty for actual use.
ReplyDeleteThe problem with skeet is they are hard to clean and not much meat.
DeleteMy personal preference would be for a pump, but I wouldn't turn down any of these.

ReplyDeleteSxS 12 gauge, you can't go wrong.
ReplyDeleteAll very nice, but if you aim is good, a twenty is plenty.
ReplyDeleteThe matched pair in the center. Today's cost is about a 3BR split level in the burbs.

ReplyDeleteWhy are the two in the middle numbered?
ReplyDeleteBecause he can.
DeleteThink about it: if you owned a pair of identical Ferraris, tell me you wouldn't number them.
