  1. Mines sitting outside with a couple of 7 bone chuck roasts going. No smoke just Royal Oak charcoal. Gonna have French dip sandwich kinda things.

  4. Make sure you put enough charcoal/wood in there at the start, otherwise you gotta take the whole thing apart mid-smoke to add more. That's why I got rid of mine. Won't hold enough to do a full 16 hour smoke on a brisket.

  5. I've been cooking on one for 30 years. A bit problematic when the wind is blowing and there's 25 degrees of frost but otherwise it's a keeper.
