Video of Soccer Match Ruined When AI-Controlled Camera Mistakes Ref’s Bald Head for Ball

Someday AI will probably rule the world, and we'll all be its slaves, but not yet.

The camera was programmed to automatically follow the ball, removing the need for a human camera person. Outside of taking a person’s job, it seems kind of neat in theory. The issue was that the camera couldn’t tell the difference between the ball and the bald head, continually focusing on a man standing around not doing much, rather than actually let fans see the action.

Fall Shave Soap Giveaway - A Winner is Chosen!

So, I had Mrs. CW pick a number, matched that with the corresponding comment, and voila!

We have a winner!

It's Brian.

Your lucky day, this is good soap.  It's a hard puck and will last forever.

Nice clean soapy smell.  Very pleasant.

So, Brian, email me your address and I'll get this out to you on Monday.

I get best results by blooming the puck with warm water for a few minutes, then working the lather up.

Both badger and synthetic brushes have worked for me as well.

Have fun!

Safety Standards In The 1960's: Non-existent!

A 361-pound tuna fish was reeled in off the Orange County coast, becoming the largest caught since way back in 1958, according to Newport Landing Sportfishing in Newport Beach.

I thought the oceans were dying.

A whopping 11 Bluefin Tuna were caught aboard the vessel hosting 24 guests

Weights ranged from 160 to 361 pounds.  Apparently this is unusual off SoCal.
