And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I saw them in the lounge at a Hasbrouck Heights bowling alley on Rte 17 south. As far as I remember there was no cover. If you're old enough and know Rt-303 remember Al Foxie's Lounge?
I think so. Many places from Valley Cottage down to Old Tappan changed names over the years. The bar in Orangeburg across from the end of Veterans Pkwy went through many names, but the Side Porch I think is still the Side Porch. Been 4 decades since I moved out of Rockland/Bergen area .
