  1. My daughter and son in law raise F1 Angus cross Wagyu beef( we call them "Wangus") I got my first half of beef last year for Christmas, and the fat flavor is great. I describe it as more buttery. I never imagined that anyone would bottle it. Now I have to save some trimmings from a steak and sauté some vegetables in it.

  3. There's a guy at my range that works at the place that makes this exact product.

    He brought in a couple of cases of seconds (printing on the cans was bad) and gave it to us.
    It isn't bad, in replacement for butter or bacon fat. At the end if it is just lard. Very tasty lard though.

  4. I have a half used container of wagyu beef tallow. Very tasty. I don't know how it compares to regular tallow, though.
