And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

I don't know what you'd call this but it looks great
That is a breve (often called a breve latte). Breve is made with half-and-half, which is a combination of whole milk and cream, while latte is made with whole or 2% milk. So, a breve has a higher fat content and is creamier and richer than a latte. You can also tell it is a breve by looking at the thick dollop of cream placed on top. Delicious.
