The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I practice Japanese archery (kyudo). You don't really notice the asymmetry when shooting, and it works fine. The shorter lower leg allows you to shoot from kneeling, although I have never tried that.

ReplyDeleteThe asymmetry is striking. The top looks to be much longer than the bottom - like 50% longer.
ReplyDeleteI guess it has to be to get that overall length for an average-sized guy, but I've got to wonder how that affects the performance.

ReplyDeletebow looks longer due to canting the bow. camera perspective does the rest.i thought maybe the bow was not tillered correctly.
