And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? Yes, normally meat eating, coyotes have been known to eat prickly pear cactus fruit (tunas) and watermellon from the vine. Very opportunistic and versatile they are.
My Uncle had a friend that was produce manager at a local supermarket. When he came, he brought food items that were expired and about to be thrown out to feed the wildlife. My Uncle use to say that the coyotes were often seen chewing bubble gum and blowing bubbles ...
