And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I hate those connectors that hold the top onto the bottom. I have a small one with those and they're a PITA. My big shop vac has the hinged latches and they are preferable.
I want to see a dBa rating. Most home vacuums are deliberately made noisy due to the public's mis-perception that noise = power. In this case it doesn't. I normally use earmuffs when running a vacuum for more than a minute.
Past time that someone sued a vacuum maker for deliberately making them noisy, for hearing damage.
