And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I rotate several sodbuster jrs with handsome scales. my edc is a SAK ALOX Cadet in a knife/compact space pen/Rite in the Rain mini notepad Hitch&Timber slip.
Slick little blade, those knives disappear in a pocket. A 3 - 5" tether of 550 or leather with a knot in the end makes it easier to extract quickly from a pocket.
Have carried a little earlier version of this knife for a few years but it's currently hiding in or under one of my toolboxes. Had a very similar Buck that I carried for years that seemed to have better steel. I collected mostly early Case knives and especially Whittlers which were my favorite carrying knife. Bubbarust
I have that exact as a edc. Very handy piece; sharpens well and maintains an edge moderately well.

Quality knives at a reasonable price. Over the years I've spent a 'few' bucks on Case products. Never been disappointed.
Deletea buckhorn handle and a Barlow blade, best durn knife that ever was made.
ReplyDeleteVery nice, but I won't carry a knife that I can't open and close with one hand.
