In case anyone is interested, Pegaso is still in business and builds a unique set of heavy trucks used in Spain and the EU, which have doube front axle steering and double fixed rear axle sets. Have seen a lot of cement trucks using their chassis.
Nope, Spanish. Built in the early '50s when the Spanish economy was crap. It had an aluminium V8 of 2.8 litres, with the optional supercharger they set a speed record of 151mph. Love the red sidewalls. Al_in_Ottawa
