  1. I'd fly in that. Like across country, low and slow, ideal for sight seeing. I'm sure they have mixed drinks. They could upgrade the engines and quiet them down a bit.

  6. Four 9 cylinder radials. Most likely not supercharged so each about 700 BHP and limited to under 12,000 feet. Doubt the fuselage was pressurized so 7-8,000 might have been max altitude. Temp up there was a little chilly so the clothing makes sense. Key West to Havana in a fast boat was a 12 hour excursion. The plane could do it in 2.
