And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I "inherited" my older brother's 1984 Chevy Custom K-10 pickup after he passed away a few years ago. It is a one owner, has a small V-8, 4-barrel carb, 4WD, 85K orig miles, manual trans, never been wrecked, spent its entire life outside, has some rust issues. Keep telling myself that I'm going to have it fixed up, but I know it will be expensive. Sigh..... Sudsy in NC
Wow, that’s nice…
ReplyDeleteYes it is.
DeleteToo bad it's a Ford.
Love the hat holder! Very handy.
ReplyDelete6th generation F150 ('73-'79) with the Ranger or XLT interior. I like the hat holder.

That is the XLT trim. I had a 78 F-150 XLT 4x4 that looked like that except for the colors on the seat.
DeleteWhy's the steering wheel upside down? And that tree back there seems to approve. May be a F250 though.
ReplyDeleteParked on a curve.
Delete3 pedals. Yes! Try finding that on a pickup any more.

ReplyDeleteI miss bench seats. Nice to have your Missus pressed up against you on a scenic drive.
