I've heard good things about this, but have never tried it. Maybe it's time?

  2. Great stuff, mix it in a little olive oil and spread on naan or really fresh pita bread and put under broiler, till it starts to turn brown around the edges...yummy.

    1. You are right on, Anon. I lived, worked, and traveled in the Middle East for 8 years. Fresh baked bread with Zaatar on it was my favorite.
