And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Pretty soon the 2011 hi capacity .45 cal pistols will become reasonably priced, looking forward to that, lot of companies getting in on making them, and that be great. Just can't see, personally, myself, spending over 2 grand for one no matter how nice they are. They are not that special a weapon at that price. Even if they are only 13 round capacity, its a welcome increase in carry firepower, even better are the aluminum or polymer frame 2011 models for everyday carry. Great time for weapons. Some great stuff out there.
A plain old 1911 suits me just fine. Wears like a favored pair of shoes. Might be tempted by a Browning Hi-Power or a 4" Smith .357.
