Made some queso dip for chips. Delicious, but too stiff, the chips kept breaking trying to pry that stuff up.

  1. Get Mission brand chips , or cut it up and roll it in a tortilla.

  2. You need some oaxaca cheese & some chorizo. Put in oven proof bowl, heat til cheese is melted & dive in.

  3. Don't use shredded cheese,it has starch on it so it doesn't stick together in the bag but stiffens up when mixed with everything else. Also try evaporated milk and cheese/cornstarch mixture. Makes it smooth & dipable? at room temp. Check the Internet.
