And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? Mysterious event. Civilians in the background are on skates, too. Was this a march, on skates, for racial equality, and as always the cops were there to bust skulls if it goes awry?
Probably in Venice CA. Spent a week there in the late 70's. Strapped my Oakley skates on in the morning, and didn't have to take them off until late nite.
