  3. They did not have today's technology, yet they had enough spare cash for drive-in restaurants to provide ducting with cool air for their patrons. Today not just the wrappers and cartons are minimized, but so is the food itself.

  5. Never saw that, but I fondly remember carhops on roller skates asking us to roll the window up a couple inches to hang the tray on.
