  1. Just ate a can of walmart brand (Great Value) of corned beef hash yesterday.
    Good stuff, and not 'spensive.
    Slosh some "Frank's" on it and push it over the top.

  3. used to drink Blatz a lot in the late 70's. got a skunky case of bottles once and that was that.

  4. Fried hash is good with eggs too. I grew up in the Northeast drinking Genesee Beer from Rochester NY. The one bar in town had 25 cent Genny drafts (10oz) all day every day. Walk in with a couple of bucks in your pocket, stumble out drunk.

  5. I tended bar at Smokey Joe's in Philly while at Penn - 3 drafts on tap - Schlitz, Piels, and Otrliebs- respectively 25, 20, and 15 cents per mug - 1969 & 1970.
