  1. 34 years and they NEVER replaced that curb????
in 1974 that curb looks like a personal injury attorney's wet dream.

  2. A geology professor told me that a business associate was moving to CA and asked for advice where to live which wasn't near an active fault. Professor laughed.

This was upon occasion of me showing professor a wall map I had bought which showed all known fault zones in the state. Professor had mailed that same map to his associate. The map showed the entire state cracked throughout.

  3. A fault occurring on a single curb. HA! That is some real $cience there. Dang, I've owned a house or two that the foundation shifted more than that due to poor preparation.
