And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Dust explosion…always catch us firefighters off guard. Dangerous and destructive. I have got some good photos of how it all evolves from another lifetime ago in the 70’s.

Many tanks and augurs collapsed.

ReplyDeleteI thought Beruit was a little higher octane than grain dust.
ReplyDeleteUnder the right conditions grain dust is as explosive as dynamite. Just one spark will detonate it. Airborne concentration is the key.
