  1. There's a rib place in Mt. Joy PA that puts out a dinner almost like that. Harvey's Main St BBQ. It's called The Decision Maker. $38. I had that last time I was there. Took me better than 2 days to finish it.

  2. I once marinated chicken in orange juice and fried it. The meat felt funny...it felt like dead flesh, like if you poked an hours-old body.
    Which I am reminded of by beef pics on this blog. That's a mighty strange filter you're using there, cowboy.

    1. Marinate chicken in acid too long and it “pre cooks” the meat, with texture like you describe.
