    1. Looks fantastic. Till you find out how that beef is raised to get that kind of marbling. Just saying now, I work as a meat cutter at a small farmers custom meat shop, we never see grass and home raised corn fed cows looks like that. These beef cows are healthy, lean, they just have a look and smell thats wholesome. Never in all the years ever see a normal none hormone injected/fed beef looks like the pics above. What we see looks like beef pictured above, is hormone/grain force fed beef, they lock them in a large roofed over corral, and just put the grain to them, the hormones cause them to become quite huge beef cows, they seriously chow down from the hormone jacking, some steaks large as the largest dinner dish and larger, looks incredibly tasty and tender. Its actually a money racket in the shadow cattle business. They get a number of money men to pitch in on say 100-300 feeder calfs, weight around 750-850lbs, they sell cheap cause the buyers prices the local farmers get are fixed, its a rotten dirty racket also, the mark up is considerable, most go to make fast food burgers after a quick cattle lot fattening up. But there's the racket with the hormones, and those 750lb feeder calfs end up in about 6 months around 1500-1800lbs, and they are con artists when it comes to conning small meat shops to kill dress hang age and cut their cows for near 50 cents a lb, they try to hit the local small shops to go for it during their slow months, on volume cutting, then they sell the finished product direct for huge markups.
Far as we hear, all the local custom meat shops refuse now to cut up these hormone beefs. As you can imagine, some either take forever to pay the cutters or simply bug out after say a 200-300 beef run, failing to pay their cutting bills. Then the next grifters and sharpers show up and resume operations.
