And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
That truck belonged to Fruit Growers Supply Company, a subsidiary of California Fruit Growers Exchange, which later renamed itself Sunkist Growers. Fruit Growers still owns timberland in Oregon and Washington and does business as Fruit Growers Supply, Timberlands Division. Much of that beautiful old timber was used to make fruit packing boxes back in the day.

Some of the things loggers came up with were really genius. And many of those good ideas were improved on by other generations which evolved into techniques and equipment that are really amazing. Most of these things were developed by people with average educations but with levels of common sense that are off the charts. I'm proud to have worked with some really great people who taught me a lot.
It ain't an overload until the tires blow, or until you can't get it moving without burning the clutch.

As a kid we used to play and build stuff out of those fruit shipping boxes. Full of splinters. The labels are worth money nowadays. Who'd of guessed.
