  1. In the early 90's, I used to browse the record shops in Minneapolis/St. Paul. Mint condition LP's sold for $2. The same vinyl now sells for $60+.

    1. The second I saw this, I thought of a record store I was in 30 years ago near downtown Mpls.

  2. Every Saturday morning I go down to the local record store. Just got another store open recently but it's a little bit of a ride but they do have a bunch of albums although they seem a little overpriced. They also have a couple of really nice classic stereo systems but they are way overpriced.

    1. Where you could buy rolling papers and an album on which to roll a tight number, at least that's what I heard.

  7. Kutztown, Pa, right behind the Kutztown Tavern, is a record shop called Young Ones. Incredible collection of new and used music! Always music playing along with t-shirts, stereo equipment, and all sorts of music paraphernalia; mugs, posters, etc. Great day trip if you live in Eastern PA. Excellent food at the Tavern which includes a micro-brewery.
