    1. I was just going to say that my family had a 2 door 1966 Galaxies 500 in Navy Blue. Hell of a good car.

  4. Looks like Grandpa's black 66 Ford 4 door custom. That car didn't actually say "Galaxie" anywhere on it and came from the factory with a 240 cubic inch straight 6 and a "3 on the tree" with an electrically actuated overdrive. I drove it across the Macinac bridge in 1974 on a learners permit. Grandma hated that car because of the way Grandpa would snap your neck shifting gears.
