    1. The bars I've used are generally 45 lbs, so I'd guess she was lifting 95 pounds. Fairly trivial for a guy, but presumably above average for a woman.

  2. Two 45# plates, 45# bar and two 5# plates so looks like 145#. Unless there's 4 45# plates and we can't see it from this angle

    1. Can't pause the video, so I appear to have misread the larger plates. Thought they said 15, though I don't think I've ever seen 15 pound plates that size.

  7. 133 lbs. 15 kg is 33 lbs x2 plates. 5kg is 11 lbs x2 plates. Olympic size standard bar is 45 lbs.
