And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
My folks had a hi-fi with slightly larger speakers that sounded excellent even down the block ( I got chewed for that.) I don't believe the average person can tell the difference. Same with headphones. And the return of records brings back the hiss and skips cds don't have.
There are decent bookshelf speakers around as long as your not trying to bust your eardrums out. Younger folks really like the big honkin' subwoofers, I guess if I was still 20 I would too.

ReplyDeleteAnother is if you can’t tell the difference between Panasonic and B&W speakers then buy the Panasonics and be happy.
