  2. Worked as a 12 year old in the hot Texas sun on a Cub pulling a side-delivery rake. Worst part having to pick up and stack the bales when we were done

    1. Baling hay in the summer was always my favorite part of my summer farm job. I personally enjoyed the physical work. I am 63 and put up about 1000 bales a year. The younger dudes offer for me to drive the tractor and baler but I decline. I still ride the hay rack and stack bales. Call it boomer pride.

  6. Best part of the ad: the comment on safety week. The only way to make that tractor safe is to put a cage around it and never start it. Or, of course, make sure the operator is some 12 year old kid born in around 1920, with at least on lick of common sense. Gawd forfend you put a millenial on that thing. Death or disaster in microseconds.
