And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

I approve of the defensible space, but all that brush is gonna burn hot.
Looks good to me, though I'd limb up that pine tree. Having played this game always best to be prepared, maybe a rough cut mower ready to improve the defensible space if the time comes. Barricade Fire Gel for the house and Phos-Chek for the close in plants along with tall pivot sprinklers and backup power/water to wet things down.
