Looks like the F8F "Rare Bear" with a Wright R-3350. Possibly a Sea Fury with the same engine, but the front of the canopy and the spinner looks like the Bear's.

YES!!! Huge radial with large quantities of very high octane fuel being stuffed down it's throat. There has to be a limit on the number of times you can heat steel THAT hot and get any kind of service life out of it.
