And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Interesting view. I once owned 70 Maverick that was a street version of a Trans Am car from the same era. Kinda the same stance minus the 289 hypo/top loader and a bit of a lower to the ground. I so miss all the stuff I used to own 30/40 years ago. Klaus
Ferrari cars were rarely styled in-house before the company created an internal design studio in 2018 (IIRC). Most production Ferraris in the '60s wore bodies designed by Pininfarina but in the '70s Bertone also got Ferrari's business. There were also bespoke cars created by Touring, Drogo, and Frua. Early Ferraris could be ordered as a bare chassis and sent to the styling house of the customer's choice, such as Vignale, but most had Scaglietti bodywork as the Scaglietti shop was across the street from Ferrari's first factory. Clean, understated design…and no digital display or “sport/track” mode dial. Simple, yet stunning in its simplicity.
