I'm about one week out as of tomorrow. The soreness is slowly receding, and yesterday I was able to, with difficulty, pick something up off the floor. I worked Thursday and Friday successfully. Sitting is perfectly fine, so that's what I'm doing mostly. I figure in another week I'll be more or less back to full power. First few days were a bit difficult, though.
