Even if these 45's were good, the labels will be ruined and you'll most likely do more damage when you try to clean them. BTW, Shure quit making cartridges in 2018, although I imagine as bullet-proof as they were there's still quite a few out their still working just fine.
I've worked with advertising photographers and what they do to make food (etc) look delicious and highly attractive you would nor could not ever eat...
