And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Okay, have not been in bars for a while, never one quite like this. Any guesses on how to get the "top shelf" bottles down safely and then back up? Impressive looking bar!
Oban or Laphroaig. They are both very peaty and should be served neat, no ice or water needed. Back in my younger days I served in the 10th SFG(A) and we trained at the SAS base at Cultybraggan in the heart of Scotch Distillery country. It had been nearly 40 years and I still have a couple of bottles put away. One was signed by my ODA and is kept as a Tontine, to be opened when only one of us remains. De Oppresso Liber
