And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? Mmmm. Lamb shoulder chops my fav. Marinate a de-boned ham, in lime juice, rosemary, olive oil, a little sweet fruit red wine, and garlic cloves stuck deep in the meat, 2-3 days, roast that baby up, it comes out fork tender, zero mutton flavor, deep dark red, as if its a prime cut of beef.
