And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? I'm sure my Req Tec would smoke some of these up nicely (did bacon wrapped boneless chicken breasts last night).
Nothing like a roast pheasant dinner. Back when I was a little kid up through my teen years we would have that for Sunday dinner all through the season. Then the farming practices changed and we would see less and less birds. I miss those good old days.
Same. Hunting with my old man in the late '70s and early '80s was fantastic. Pheasants in the Basin mostly, but two or three times a season we would hunt the Snake River breaks for Huns and chukar.
Anymore my go-to wild upland game recipe is cassoulet.
