I think that's a fake. The snake is dead and being pulled on fishline by the guy standing to the right of the cameraman. Snakes don't move like that, and definitely not that fast.
We had showers in college in the dorm that had glass doors that opened outwards.
We tied rubber snakes to the doors with monofilament, then placed them on the floor at the end of the string so that opening the door caused them to move toward the person opening the door.
Never did find out who had to clean the pee and poo off the floor that morning, but a lot of people didn't need coffee to wake up that AM.
Wowsers, bet that's not the first time she did that.
