And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I grew up in the Roman Catholic Church tradition. In my teens I determined that it worships greed, power, pedophilia and hypocrisy. The Eastern Orthodox is none of that and truer to the church which Jesus empowered Peter to create.
A learned friend worships in the eastern orthodox church. by him- "the closest to the original".

There has not been a true Pope since then.
They even admit that the current modern RCC is not the same religion as the true Church.
The One True Church still exists, mostly with the Society of Pope Pious the X.
Your Orthodox Church has many failings.
You have a secular(government) leader.
One is that you allow divorce up to 3 times.
I could go on, but your not the True Church in no way, shape, or form.
