Somebody who know about soy sauce tell me if this is good

  1. I buy it all the time. The key is that it is raw, uncooked, organic, and healthier as such. Less salty than most soy sauce, but similar flavor. A bit pricey though.

    1. It is a fermented soy product. Fermentation destroys the phytoestrogens that are prevalent in tofu and other unfermented soy products.

  7. This is Japanese Shoyu ... not Chinese Soy Sauce. Far milder and far less salty.
