And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I like the ride from Bremerton to Seattle, about and hour and if it's a nice summer day the views are great! As a plus the walk on fare going to Seattle is free! They do charge you to leave Seattle...
I house-sat for a week for someone on Vashon Island. I worked in Sumner at the time, and commuting by ferry was incredibly novel for the first two days. After that, not so much.
