And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
The camera angle and specific cropping make it look deceptively dangerous. The ground is actually 6' below the table, and that overhang is in the distance and has nothing to do with it.
Life's to short to be a thrill taker. If I'm going to die it sure won't be mrom stupidity. Helicopter Gunships in Vietnam were safer then that contraption!
They've got harnesses on, there's that. But, a weathered wooden picnic table suspended in a casual not-by-design way, and beer, and showing off. A poor combination of faith and stupidity - ask any engineer.
