And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I have had one for about a year. I like it. Nice and quiet, and with an aluminum tank, you don't have to worry about rust. Much better than the Harbor Freight 3 gallon I had been using, and really doesn't take up any more space. Hey, I'm only using it to fix the air pressure in my tires a couple of times a year, so it doesn't need to be very rugged.
Chinesium maybe, BUT: I do give them points for a thoughtful layout of controls and instrumentation. I still want mine to have an oil bath for the journals, though.
Damn good compressor for the money. Quiet, reasonable CFM, pretty much all any -small- shop needs. No, it won't run a sandblaster. It will run a fogger, paint gun, etc. It really hits the sweet spot in the price/performance/noise curve. Reccommended. BTW: diaphragm. No "journals"- at least in the usual sense.
Made in China.
ReplyDeleteYa, not make in the good old US of A if it's made in Commiefornia!
ReplyDeleteYou'd get run off the jobsite if you broke that out in my neck of the world.

ReplyDeleteYup, made in Ka Li Fonia, Shanxi province PRC. Guess they can ship it all in 3 sections and assemble it in Newsome's basement.
ReplyDeleteI have that brand, a slightly larger one. Very quiet. Not heavy. Owned it about 4 years now. No complaints. Writing this on my Chinese-made I Pad
