Flushed Out

6 comments:

  1. We lost acres around every field the last few years to the giant eaters, dozens of bushels of productivity per head. Finally we and the neighbors got 100 nuisance tags from the state last year. Filled 'em in less than two months. We'll see if that was enough, or if we've got to do it again.

    2. Nuisance tag - farmers can hunt out of season and over limit if the deer are having a severe impact on crop yields. This varies state to state.

May 11 - Title 42 (border Covid restrictions) expire, so next year the combine may be flushing illegals instead of deer.

      You’re welcome.

  4. Nice. Explains the gun rack in the combine thing.
And puts cornbread and venison on the menu.
