And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I used to own a complete Technics system, but am down to just one of their early 1980s linear tracking turntables. The complete audio system market has shrunk alot since the introduction of digital music, which is a shame.
The problem with having had those great sound systems is that today you are never really comfortable with the digital HMDI soundbars and wireless woofers that seems to be the new standard. But since you can't get the soundtrack to the Netflix program on vinyl ...
If you were to play most anything recorded in the last 20 years on that system, like waterboarding, it would classified as a torture mechanism, not a sound system.

Yes. But over the best few years, it seems to be growing. I suspect that the resurgence of vinyl could be causing it.
