And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
I find it sad that the only reviews are on the color, or the red badge. What does that have to do with quality? Perhaps I'm missing something? "Oh, look at me! I be stylin' wif my blue knife!"
I can review these as I've had several for years. They are great value for the money, sufficient for almost all small or medium jobs. They come nicely sharp from Case, and resharpen relatively easily on a whetstone. This one in particular is quite the looker, which is no doubt why you see those comments. The utility of this pattern is a given.
No, don’t want it. I’ve had the original black sod buster jr since I was 12; 52 years ago. The hinge pin is 3 times larger than this one, which lets you lever that thick blade when needed, and actually bust sod - dig - with the thing. All these decades later and the blade is still tight. And holds a good edge No lock needed.
