And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but this looks very much like a restaurant I've visited some five or six years ago, but if it is then the title should be in Spanish because it was in Setenil de las Bodegas in Andalusia!
You would be surprised how the people in southern Spain tend to speak only Spanish and perhaps a bit of Portuguese... Still, a great place for a vacation!
"Un vin sec..." It's a masculine noun.
